This is an order from a barreled oil customer. According to the barrel size and packaging requirements of its products, a product packaging line is customized. The packaging line has three automatic packaging machines, namely, bag inserter machine, automatic filling machine and sealing machine. The filling machine adopts the form of two filling lines working together to maximize work efficiency.

The following is the workflow of the whole set of automated equipment, which is roughly introduced as follows:

1. The empty barrel reaches the inside of the bagging machine through the conveyor belt, and the bag inserter machine bags the empty cartons one by one in an orderly manner;

2. The bagged empty barrel is in the filling stage. At this time, the liquid product required by the customer is input into the plastic bag through the specially configured input port;

3. The barrel filled with the product is sent to the sealing machine, and the plastic bag mouth is sealed one by one.
