As the year draws to a close, the company's 2025 year-end technical assessment has also successfully concluded. This assessment was primarily aimed at comprehensively reviewing everyone's professional abilities over the past year and solidifying their core technical skills. The assessment covered all technical positions in the company, using written exams to identify outstanding talent.  Cash bonuses were awarded on the spot to recognize top performers, demonstrating the company's emphasis on technology and talent, and setting a positive tone for technical work in the coming year.
