 The operation process of the bag inserting machine:

1.Open the electrical door,press the power entry on the screen label,insert power cord and connected to the wiring port of the 380V 50/60HZ  power supply;

2.Checking carefully to see if the positioning pin of the big truntable is in position,the check whether the driving V-belt of the motor is removed;

3.Connect to power supply and set the gear,press the ”bagging start”button and carefully confirm whether the motor is rotating in the correct direction.If the direction of rotation is opposite,turn off the main power supply and adjust any two of the three-box wires at the power input end.

4.Then we need to install the motor drive V-belt ,and carefully check whether there is any foreign matter on the large turntable,and whether the mechanical parts are normal;

5.We make sure that the machine is normal,press the “bag start button” to turn on the machine,need to let the equipment turn idling for 3-5min,after confirming that the mechanical transmission is operating normally and there is no other abnormal noise,the bagging can be used for production.
