Therefore, there are some common problems in our automatic tray former:

Firstly, the cardboard can not be sucked: Please check the cardboard whether be placed normally? Whether the cardboard is sucked together?Whether the sucker’s air pressure normal?

Secondly,the machine’s transport belt stop: Whether the machine’s magazine lack of cardboard? Turn off the machine and check the power, including the power supply part, motor or governor are normal.

At last, when the cardboard is sucked down in the forming mold position, it can not be folded into shape or pop up: check whether the cardboard is too hard first. Check whether the position of the forming axis for placing the cardboard is not correct.
