     The automatic bag inserter and bag decuffer sealer packaging line for food packaging industrial  in the project is to do the automatic bag making and inserting on the carton, with bag check that the machine has air blowing on the bag to make the bag inserted deeply, product automatic filling, automatic bag deccuffer sealer; The project is to do the packaging process of food packaging industry and realizes the unmanned operation for the enterprises;

      Margarine, shortening, butter,and ghee has the same packing solution. after the oil processing, it will be trandsfered o the oil filling machine, then the carton erector will open the carton, bag inserter machine will make bag and insert the bag in each carton automatically, after the margarine ,shortening,and butter is filled into the bag of carton, it will be transferred to the automatic bag sealing machine,to do the bag decuffering and sealing packaging. at last ,the carton taping machine will close the carton and seal the box top with taper automatically.

     The whole system cooperates with the operator for the automatic product filling, and the intelligent forklift can automatically load and unload the goods into the stereoscopic warehouse through the intelligent storage system.
